These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CREDIT SOLUTIONS INDONESIA website (the "Site") and the debt collection services we offer ("Services"). We are committed to clear and accessible communication. We have written these Terms of Service in plain language to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

    We will promptly provide you with verification of the debt upon request. This verification will include the original creditor, the amount of the debt, and the basis for the claim.

  • We understand that debt collection can be a stressful experience. We will communicate with you in a respectful and professional manner, avoiding harassing tactics or unreasonable communication frequency. 
     

  • We are committed to working collaboratively with you to find a resolution that considers your financial situation.

  • You have the right to request deletion of your information, subject to certain exceptions.

    You can file a dispute with us by following one of these methods: 
     

    • Online Dispute Form: We will offer a convenient online dispute form that allows you to submit your dispute details and any supporting documentation electronically. 

    • Email: You can submit your dispute by email to cs@credit-csi.com.  Please include your name, account number, and a clear description of the error you believe has occurred. 

    • Phone: You can contact our Dispute Resolution Department at +62 21 2986 7638 to discuss your concerns.

  • Information Required for Dispute Resolution: 

    To expedite the dispute resolution process, please include the following information in your dispute: 

    • Your full name and contact information 

    • Your account number 

    • A clear description of the error you believe has occurred 

    • Any supporting documentation (copies of statements, receipts, etc.)

  • Timeframe for Investigation and Resolution: 

    We will investigate your dispute thoroughly within a reasonable time (not to exceed 30 business days of receipt). We will contact you to discuss the investigation findings and proposed resolution within 60 business days of completing the investigation. 
     

  • External Dispute Resolution Options: 

    In addition to our internal dispute resolution process, you also have the right to file a complaint with a third-party dispute resolution organization or regulatory agency. We will provide you with contact information for relevant organizations upon request.
